Sci-fi deckbuilder Breachway is getting a bunch of content in 2025, publisher Hooded Horse has just confirmed.
Developed by Edgeflow Studios, this sci-fi deck builder launched on the back foot, but since then the team has largely turned things around. There have 12 patches at the time of writing, and there are going to be plenty more by the sounds of it.
While there’s no content update today, the team has revealed their plans for the coming year. There’s loads coming to the game, with a mixture of improvements and new features in the works, although they stop short of committing to any sort of timeline.
The below infographic outlines at least some part of the planning for the game, with refined faction features, new crew mechanics, and more encounters for greater run variety.
What isn’t mentioned in the graphic below is that the next big update for Breachway is due to arrive in January, and that update will focus on improving the game’s meta-progression.
