Today is all about content roadmaps. The one in question in this instance is Robobeat, which has just been given a new update alongside the release of some future plans…
The main talking point is, of course, the new stuff added to the game. Today’s update includes a new weapon called Nexus, which lets you throw down beacons before targeting them. Sounds good for setting quickfire traps.
The update also includes a new feature for the game called Infinite Locker. Henceforth, you’ll be able to save one weapon and one utility at specific points, and they’ll then appear in the HUB at the start for future use.
Finally, there’s the roadmap, which points to three more content updates across winter, spring, and summer. The infographic speaks for itself, but if you’re eager to see what is coming to the game, you’ll be pleased to see that support is planned until at least next summer.
If you like Robobeat then I think there’s a good chance you’ll find something new to enjoy in my guide to the best roguelike shooters.
