If it’s not already on your radar, you need to know that Mullet MadJack is a surreal, fast-paced, wicked-cool, old-school, overly-hyphenated shooter where you need to ascend a giant tower to rescue an influencer from evil robots.
It’s a super-fast FPS, is what I’m saying, and today it just got updated with some rather cool crossover content between our mulleted-friend and Ultrakill.
Ultrakill is another first-person blaster with old-school sensibilities, and it’s from a publisher (New Blood Interactive) that specialises in classically-inspired shooters. Check out their catalogue on Steam. Anyway, let’s get this missive back on track…
The new mode added to Mullet MadJack is called Boss Rush. As you’ve no doubt already figured out by the subtle title, you’ll have to run at a series of bosses head first, as fast as you can, and stay alive for as long as possible.
The final boss in this new mode is the headline addition, with Punished V2 from UItrakill making an appearance as the new big bad. There are also leaderboards to contest.
If that sounds like your idea of a good time, Mullet MadJack is out on Steam, alongside the new DLC, which is free and available now.
