Welcome the third instalment of Gone Rogue, the new weekly update where I grab links to all the new roguelike games, roguelites, and genre-defying roguish releases, and collate them together for your rogue-buying convenience.

Of course, there’s a more general overview of games that have caught my eye in the big monthly round-up of the best new roguelikes, however, below you’ll find a more immediate selection of last week’s new releases (minus anything pornographic, mobile ports, demos, and prologue games).

So, without any further ado, I’ll start sharing links along with the descriptions as written by the developers themselves, as well as any relevant platform information and one or two screenshots for games that stand out a little, games such as…

Wastelander – July 12 – PC (Lin, Mac, Win) – “A turn-based strategy game where you must survive and escape from a desolate planet ravaged by powerful storms. Build a colony from nothing, find and unlock unique buildings and re-activate powerful relics to protect yourself.”

Mines of Moria (An Adventurer’s Touch) – July 12 – PC (Lin, Mac, Win) – “A remake of the turn-based Roguelike “Mines of Moria” (late 1980s). Six D&D style classes progress into the randomly generated Dwarvish mines.”

Counterpick Labs – July 12 – PC (Lin, Mac, Win) – “A free platform fighter where you mix and match gear to build your perfect loadout.”

Spotless – July 12 – PC (Lin, Win) – “Clean, Clash, and Collect across the crummiest corners of this Single-Player Rogue-Lite.”

The Dragonhood – July 12 – PC – “A clicker RPG with roguelite elements and automatic battles. Collect eggs, hatch dragons, and loot stuff on a variety of 1 vs 1 adventures or 3 vs 3 dungeons.”

Sleep Stream – July 12 – PC – “A roguelite survivor game that exquisitely combines the fun factors of roguelite with the tension of survival.”

fishTDX – July 12 – PC – “Buy towers and discover new islands as you prepare your defenses against waves of fish!”

Paranoid – July 11 – PC – “You need to survive alone in the dark and discover new items and pills that help you through this dangerous World.”

Zero Division – July 11 – PC – “A roguelite deckbuilder crossed with a CCG, set in a dark cyberpunk world. You will lead a three-man squad against competing factions fighting among the ashes of a world-wide war.”

Autopanic Zero – July 11 – PC – “A minimalist twinstick shooter survival game. A quick 10 minute fun.”

Wrong Bullet – July 11 – PC – “A captivating chill shooter that unveils an ever-changing world with random weapons scattered everywhere, accompanying your bloody campaign against enemy heads.”

Primal Survivors – July 11 – Switch, PC – “Are you prepared for the craziest adventure of all time? Meet Primal Survivors, a survival game filled with unique and bizarre creatures!”

Spiritoké – July 10 – PC – “A roguelite turn-based rpg. Gather mystical treasures to power up your party and engage in battle with monsters that become stronger with every step within a dungeon!”

Litha and the Sunhouse – July 10 – PC – “A rogue-lite dungeon crawler with a flashy, fast-paced combat system. You will explore the complex lair of the mighty Sun Usurper while defeating monsters, collecting treasures, and avoiding traps.”

Time Treker – July 10 – PC – “Choose your pilot and build your own custom mecha with 10+ weapons and 15+ attachments, then jump to the battlefield against hundreds of enemies to save spacetime itself in this thrilling sci-fi bullet heaven!”

The Ensign – July 10 – PC (Lin, Mac, Win) – “Pre-sequel to the critically acclaimed, minimalist text-based RPG: A Dark Room. Death awaits.”

The End – July 9 – PC (Lin, Mac, Win) – “Survive and lead the score. Swarmed by ghosts, you have to do whatever it takes to survive and it is not going to be an easy task.”

Deep Dungeon Knight – July 7 – PC – “An immersive 3D rogue-like dungeon adventure where magic and bravery guide your path through treacherous dungeons!”

CubeRun 2 – July 7 – PC – “You are a cube. Fight with other enemy cubes in a procedurally generated map. Earn rewards and customize yourself and your surroundings in this action shooter with a top view.”

Galactic Inferno – July 7 – PC – “Sci-Fi RPG: Engage in epic battles, upgrade your hero, and conquer the galaxy!”

Slice of Ages – July 6 – PC – “A top down action rpg with rougelike elements. You’ll encounter plenty of opposition trying to make your way to the Slice of Ages.”
