After six months of console exclusivity on Nintendo Switch, Hades 2 is completing its descent to the underworld and arriving on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles on April 14.
The acclaimed sequel is also landing day one on Xbox Game Pass and will be joining Vampire Crawlers to make for one hell of a month. Similar to the Switch 2, these versions run at an ultrafast 120 frames per second.
If you already own the game on Switch and PC, there’s also some good news for you as Supergiant has confirmed an update is arriving on the very same day for all platforms. The official patch notes haven’t been revealed, but fans can reportedly expect “bonus content and quality-of-life improvements”.
Mike was very impressed with this action roguelite sequel and even named it as one of his favourite games for 2025.
In his review of Hades II, he said: “Hades II is a wonderful action-roguelite that does a fine job picking up where the first game left off. If you liked the original and you have been waiting for version 1.0 then you can proceed with confidence.”
