Thanks to this week’s MIX Kinda Funny Spring Showcase at GDC 2025, our wishlist is now looking a little longer.
One standout game featured was Let Them Come: Onslaught, a sci-fi horror action roguelite that is coming to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC at an unconfirmed date later in 2025.
Developed by Vancouver-based studio Tuatara Games, the game is the sequel to the 2017 pixel art shooter, Let Them Come.
The game tasks players with the impossible – surviving unending waves of deadly aliens on an unknown ever-changing planet until a nuke drops. The action looks explosive and dynamic, with the player wielding dual weapons such as lasers, flame throwers, and chain guns.
According to the game’s Steam description, each playthrough will have its own challenges and rewards, making each run different. It also has a deep progression system, allowing you to extend your arsenal of abilities and take on more formidable foes as you progress.
Be sure to watch the gameplay trailer for Let Them Come: Onslaught below and you can add it to your wishlist on Steam here.
