With the best part of a month in the bag, the developer has since revealed the plan for Arms of God over the rest of this year and into 2027. The roadmap outlines new content and console ports, with the game’s 1.0 release due to land around “the end of Q1 or Q2 2027.”
First, however, is the Torment update, which is due to hit in Q3, 2026. That’s going to include an endless mode, and as you can see in the infographic, new gameplay mechanics, music, and more. In a similar vein, the Brotherhood update will also focus on adding gameplay variation and is due later this year.
The big stuff, however, is being held back until the year 2027. It’s then that we can expect the final chapter of the story to arrive, plus the higher-level gear we’ll need for all that end-game grinding. PS5, Switch, and Xbox Series versions of the game are also promised alongside the big 1.0 Ascension update.
After that, at some point, we should also get local co-op via the Crusaders Rising update. With all that to get through, it sounds like the dev team is going to be busy for quite some time!
