Extraction roguelite Below The Stone is coming to PC next month, after developer Strollart and publisher Apogee Entertainment just announced a release date of November 17th, three years after the game first hit Early Access. How fitting!
The final update includes a third layer for players to dive into, which itself offers nine new biomes to explore (bringing the number up to nearly 30). These new locations arrive along with new bosses and a new tier of magic gear. Naturally, the base back home has also expanded, giving you more chances to expand your domain.
Below The Stone might look cute, but this pixel art dungeon crawler is actually a hard-as-nails extraction roguelite where you’ve got to remember the golden rule: if you die, you’ll lose all your stuff. If only avoiding death was that simple…
In fact, our Kieran interviewed Strollart about Below The Stone at the beginning of this year, so hit the link for more on the game directly from the developers.
Still here?! Check out the launch trailer for the 1.0 version of Below The Stone below, and stay tuned for more details next month. Alternatively, if you can’t wait, the game is out now in Early Access, and you can take a closer look over on Steam.
