I do love a surprise Vampire Survivors content drop, and thus it was with great delight that I discovered and then watched the new trailer two new trailers that dropped today.
The first is for the Space-54 update, which sees two new, free characters added to the mix. It’s all retro sci-fi inspired, building on the vibes from the most recent paid expansion (the collaboration with Among Us, otherwise known as Emergency Meeting).
As detailed over on Steam, the update adds a decent chunk of new content, including a new bonus stage and the two aforementioned characters, along with four new weapons (“of which 2 evos”) and one new relic. If you like chasing achievements, there’s seven of them as well, and a bonus one linked to the Adventures update.
Finally, the update, which has tons of gameplay spoilers if you want them, also mentions crossplay. This much anticipated feature is now in public beta for players on PC and Android. Good news if you’d like to play on more than one platform in the future!
