If you’ve got a couple of friends, and you and said friends enjoy playing video games together, and if you and said friends enjoy playing co-op video games with guns and lots of silly sci-fi goofiness, then I’ve got some good news for you (and your friends).
The news is that there’s a new demo out now for Gravhounds, and it’s set to run until the start of Steam Next Fest (when there’ll be thousands and thousands of demos to try).
If I’ve caught your interest: Gravhounds is a third-person four-player co-op shooter about canine mercs storming alien-infested planets in search of chomble and experience points. Or something like that.
I had a quick look at the first playtest, and developer Octopus Panic has already implemented changes based on community feedback.
“The support from our playtesters has been pretty overwhelming”, OP chief Josh Holmes wrote. “We’re a small team, and having so many people take the time to play, report bugs, and share ideas has been a huge help.”
The biggest new feature added in the October demo is the Mod Deck Builder, which will give players more control over the coming expedition and tweak things between runs.
The demo is out now on Steam PC (Win) and it will be available until at least October 18th.
