If you’ve been following our regular news cycle, you might have spotted a trend recently, as more and more incredible rogues are spreading their wings and making the leap to additional platforms.
Another game to take the plunge is Peglin, a pachinko-inspired roguelike, that launched on PC and Nintendo Switch last August. The game is heading to PlayStation and Xbox consoles, and you won’t have to wait long, as it’s landing next week on 1st May.
Developed by Red Nexus and then ported by BlitWorks Games, Peglin sees you defend your peaceful village from an evil dragon.
Using orbs with several unique abilities, you can damage enemies by popping as many pegs as possible. Some of these pegs can zap surrounding pegs, others can deal additional damage, making each one you use feel unique.
Mike got the chance to review Peglin when it first launched on PC last summer. In our review, he said: “I think most will have a good time with this cute and quirky Pachinko roguelike.”
