Before I sign off today there’s just enough time to tell you about the announcement that just came out of Shiny Shoe: that’s right you eager beavers, Monster Train 2 has a confirmed release date.
More specifically, and without wanting to bury the lead for the sake of dwell time, the deckbuilder sequel is coming to PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox platforms on May 21st – not too long to wait, then!
There’s already a demo over on Steam that you can try for yourself, if you want to see how the gameplay formula has evolved since the excellent first game. Otherwise, it’s just a few weeks now until you can get your hands on the finished article.
Finally, anyone who played the demo will already know that the game runs just fine on Steam Deck, however, Shiny Shoe just confirmed that the game has been officially confirmed by Valve. Yay for green tick!
Finally finally, check out the official release date trailer below if you want to see the game in action.
