Another Brazilian studio to make a splash at the OTK Games Expo was Glitch Factory with its latest title To Kill a God.
This action roguelike features a unique SkillMap system where the map is the skill tree. After carving their way through fast-paced battles, players can then plot their next move on a combination of skill tree and world map, building out their character with each stop.
The game is set in the Death Spiral, a cursed realm where warriors are trapped in endless cycles of death and rebirth. As a Traveler, your only hope is to escape, but first, you must slay the gods who guard the way out.
To Kill a God has also received a playable demo on Steam, which players can check out now. At the time of writing, though, the game doesn’t have a confirmed release date or release window.
