After one year and over 20 major updates, the stylish co-op roguelike Vellum is leaving Early Access on 2nd May.
At launch, players will have access to two new full raids known as The Forgery and The Grey Area. The Forgery is described as a scorched, lava-filled foundry that showcases the dazzlingly awful machinations of improperly used pages and ink.
The Grey Area, on the other hand, is a forested and decaying keep, where players must brave haunted overgrowth and twisted creatures shaped by the Raving Lord’s distorted view of beauty.
The 1.0 release also introduces a variety of raid-related rewards, including Pages of Power and Reading Nook customisations, as well as new ways to personalise your Scribe with Curiosities.
Vellum is one that we’ve long had on our radar. Our editor Mike previously reviewed the game in Early Access and even had the opportunity to interview the game’s developer Alvios Games.
